Description
This is a gear oil for mechanical transmissions with moderate "extreme pressure" characteristics and is specifically developed to avoid corrosion of copper alloys. This reliable formulation ensures good frictional characteristics and easy gear shifting. It also helps to reduce oil degradation, thus extending gear life. It is suitable for the lubrication of syncromesh gearboxes, transfer boxes, mechanical steering controls and most rear axles (certain rear axles should be run in with a GL5 oil).
